Join Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement, Inc. (HCCI) on Thursday, April 21, 2016, for the 30th Anniversary “Let Us Break Bread Together” Awards Dinner at the prestigious Marina del Rey, located at One Marina Drive, Throgs Neck, NY 10465. 

The theme for this year's black-tie affair is “Honoring the Past, Envisioning the Future!” Honorees include: Anthony M. Harmon, President, NY Branch NAACP and Director, Community & Parent Outreach/United Federation of Teachers (UFT); Bishop Gregory G.M. Ingram, Presiding Prelate, First Episcopal District, African Methodist Episcopal Church; Ron Moelis, CEO & Founding Partner, L&M Development Partners, Inc.; Preston D. Pinkett, III, Chairman & CEO, City National Bank of New Jersey; Vivian A. Taylor, EdD, Associate Dean for Diversity & Cultural Affairs, Columbia University School of Nursing; and Honorable Herman Denny Farrell, Jr., New York State Assembly, District 71.

Over the years, HCCI has made a substantial impact on social and living conditions in Harlem. The agency has developed over 3,000 units of low to moderate income housing; secured employment for more than 2,000 Harlemites; created supportive health and human service facilities -- including 60 units of scattered-site housing for those affected by HIV/AIDS; established safe afterschool programs with a focus on S.T.E.M.; provided commercial development opportunities to local businesses; and much more.  Please visit our website at www.hcci.org for more information.
